3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience with high-performing company
Agency experience preferred but not essential
Experience with hiring Financial and/or Sales roles
Fluent in English (Also in Spanish preferred but not essential)
Proven track record of building rapport with hiring managers and cross-functional partners, across regions and teams

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (recruitment agency on the finance helpdesk preffered)
  • Hands on experience with end to end recruiting
  • Fully fluent in English, Spanish a bonus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
